Dr. Amy M. Brown
Dr. Brown Graduated from UC Davis in 1994 with a BS in Exercise Physiology. She then graduated from UC Berekely School of Optometry in 1998. Her externships focused on keratoconus contact lens fittings, pediatric exams, diabetic screenings, ocular pathology, cataract pre and post surgical care and LASIK pre and post surgical care.
Dr. Brown joined Dr. Liebowitz at the County Fair Mall in 1998. Together they moved the office to its current location at the Sycamore Point Mall.
Dr. Joseph Huang
Dr. Huang completed his undergraduate studies at UC San Diego in 1999 the with a B.A. in general literature and minors in chemistry and biology. While at UCSD he conducted and presented research on diagnostic testing for glaucoma at the Shiley Eye Center. He graduated with honors from UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2003 and has completed externship rotations at the Mather VA hospital in Rancho Cordova, Point West Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Sacramento, Rosebud Indian Health Services in South Dakota, and Heritage Park Vision Source in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Dr. Huang began practicing in Woodland in 2003 and enjoys working in an environment where friendliness and quality care are emphasized. His professional goal is to help his patients attain and maintain the best vision possible. He is also an active member of the American Optometric Society and California Optometric Society and has served on the board of directors of the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society.
Dr. Huang was born in Orange County and spent his childhood living in Kansas, Texas, and all over southern and northern California. He currently resides in Natomas with his wife Jennifer, who is also an optometrist, and their young children. When not engaged in the practice of optometry, he enjoys basketball, literature, film, guitar, and piano.
